-
Prosecutorial Experience: Acted as the Municipal Prosecutor for over a dozen towns, including Bridgewater, Flemington, Bedminster, Bernardsville, and Middlesex Borough.

Thought Leadership: A former Trustee of the Somerset County Bar Association, Taylor is a frequent lecturer on the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) and education law.
“Carl’s broad and diverse legal background provides a well-rounded and practical perspective to our municipal clients,” the firm noted in a statement. “His passion for public service aligns perfectly with our mission to effect positive change within the communities we serve.”
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law–Camden, Taylor currently resides in Burlington County with his wife and two daughters.
