PKF O’Connor Davies, a national accounting and advisory firm, has officially expanded its New Jersey footprint into the southern region through a strategic partnership with Bowman & Company LLP. The move, effective Jan. 1, integrates the largest CPA firm in Southern New Jersey into the PKF O’Connor Davies network.
The acquisition brings 100 professionals and 20 partners across three key South Jersey offices—Voorhees, Haddonfield and Woodbury—under the PKF O’Connor Davies brand.
Founded in 1939, Bowman & Company has spent over eight decades building a reputation as the “regional authority” on municipal and governmental accounting. The firm’s deep bench of specialists includes Registered Municipal Accountants (RMAs) and Certified Municipal Finance Officers (CMFOs), credentials essential for serving New Jersey’s complex public sector.
“Bowman & Company’s 86-year legacy of excellence and expert insights make them a natural partner for our growing firm,” Kevin Keane, CEO of PKF O’Connor Davies said.
This partnership is part of a broader, aggressive growth strategy for PKF O’Connor Davies. In December 2025, the firm announced a new organizational structure designed to scale operations as it targets a $1 billion annual revenue milestone.
By absorbing Bowman’s established presence in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, PKF O’Connor Davies gains immediate access to a diverse client base across South Jersey’s healthcare, construction, and non-profit sectors.
For Bowman & Company, the merger provides a “transformative opportunity” to offer local clients the resources of a national platform.
“This partnership represents a transformative opportunity to align our deep public sector expertise with PKF O’Connor Davies’ national platform,” Harry P. Wills III, managing partner of Bowman & Company said.
