NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) announced the addition of Leo George as its newest associate. The move marks a rare “early-career” win for the firm, as George transitions from a successful internship to a formal advisory role while still completing his degree at Rutgers University.
Based out of the firm’s Woodbridge headquarters, George will bolster NAIDB’s commercial advisory services, specifically targeting financial analysis, market research, and transaction support throughout the high-demand Central New Jersey corridor.
George is currently a double major in Finance and Economics at Rutgers Business School, with a specialized concentration in Real Estate, Fixed Income and Credit Analysis said. His appointment to the brokerage team before his May 2027 graduation underscores a growing trend in the New Jersey real estate market: a “war for talent” that identifies and secures top-tier analytical minds early.
“Leo has demonstrated strong analytical skills, a great work ethic, and a genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry from the start,” David Simon, chief operating officer of NAIDB said. “He made the most of his internship experience, and we’re pleased to see him continue growing with the firm.”
In an era where commercial real estate decisions are increasingly data-driven, George brings a technical toolkit that belies his “Associate” title. His background includes:
- Advanced coursework: Expertise in econometrics, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Licensure: He already holds a New Jersey real estate salesperson license.
- Academic excellence: Multiple Dean’s List honors and active participation in competitive case competitions with the Little Investment Bankers of Rutgers and the Rutgers Real Estate Club.
“I’m excited to be building my career at NAIDB, which is offering me a highly unique opportunity as a member of its brokerage team while I am completing my college degree,” George said. “The opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining real-world exposure has been incredibly valuable.”
Beyond his financial acumen, George’s resume reflects the leadership and discipline often sought by top-tier brokerage firms. He is a member of the Rutgers Men’s Club Lacrosse team and is an Eagle Scout, the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America.
