Morristown-based Schenck, Price, Smith & King said that in response to an unprecedented growth rate of the firm, Certified Elder Law Attorney Renata Mizak has joined as partner.
Renata practices in the Elder and Special Needs Law, Estate and Trust Litigation, and Estate, Gift & Charitable Planning practice groups. She has devoted her entire legal career to exclusively practicing in estate and tax planning, estate administration, estate and trust litigation, elder law and care planning, Medicaid, guardianships, business succession planning, special needs law, and disability law.
A resident of Sussex County, Renata regularly speaks at local seminars, sharing practical insights in a field that evolves constantly. She also gives back to the community in multiple way such as; legal counsel to nonprofit organizations, ski club coordinator for her children’s high school, and a Girl Scout Troop Leader.
Renata received her J.D. from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University. She practices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and in the U.S. Tax Court.
