Confirming the enduring appeal of Central New Jersey’s “Research Corridor,” Sheldon Gross Realty announced Tuesday that two established technology firms have recommitted to their headquarters at 3759 Route 1.
The renewals involve Moofwd Inc., a mobile payment solutions provider, and Inrika, Inc., an enterprise-level IT services firm. The transactions underscore a trend of tenant retention in boutique office environments that offer both high-speed connectivity and professional serenity.
Both companies have spent years scaling their operations from the Monmouth Junction site. Moofwd Inc., a tenant for five years, renewed its 3,368-square-foot suite, while Inrika, Inc. extended its stay in its 3,287-square-foot space following three years of occupancy.
The two-story office building is noted for its “mini-campus” feel, featuring a secluded parking area and a landscape of mature trees that provides a quiet alternative to the high-traffic Route 1 exterior.
“These lease renewals reflect the property’s quality and suitability for helping tech companies thrive,” Marcy Gross, president of Sheldon Gross Realty said. “Tenants appreciate the upscale, professional setting, and the location provides easy access throughout the region.”
The building’s location remains its primary draw for firms operating between the major Northeast hubs. Positioned strategically on Route 1, the property offers a “sweet spot” for commuting and client access:
- Princeton: 20 minutes to downtown.
- Trenton: 30 minutes to the State House.
- Manhattan: 75 minutes to Midtown.
- Philadelphia: 50 miles to Center City.
The transaction was handled by a veteran team at Sheldon Gross Realty, including President Marcy Gross, Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick, and Assistant Vice President Joshua Glussky.
