Short Hills tech giant Doceree bolsters leadership to scale AI and affordability platforms

Doceree, the Short Hills-based pioneer of the world’s first AI-powered operating system for health care marketing, announced a double-down on its executive leadership Tuesday. The company has appointed two high-profile industry veterans to lead its most ambitious strategic pillars: patient affordability and artificial intelligence.

The dual appointments of Andrew Matthews and Matthew Baggett signal a major push by Doceree to move beyond traditional digital advertising, focusing instead on solving the fragmentation and cost barriers that currently plague the U.S. health care system.

Matthews joins Doceree as senior vice president, Patient Affordability, transitioning from his role as vice president of Business Development at GoodRx.

While GoodRx is a household name for consumer-side savings, Matthews’ new mission at Doceree centers on co-pay.com, an affordability platform that targets the “point of prescribing.” Unlike coupons that patients must find on their own, co-pay.com activates benefits within the physician’s digital workflow at the exact moment a prescription is written.

“What sets Doceree apart is where and how affordability is activated,” Matthews said. “Having spent years on the consumer side, I have seen the journey gaps. This platform brings the benefit to the patient at the moment a physician is making a decision.”

Simultaneously, Doceree has tapped Matthew Baggett as senior vice president, AI Solutions. Baggett, previously a senior leader at Level Ex and president of the physician community Skipta, will spearhead the commercialization of reptwin.ai.

The reptwin.ai platform acts as an AI-powered “rep” that unifies media intelligence and real-world behavioral data. It is designed to solve “engagement fragmentation,” ensuring that life sciences brands can reach physicians with contextual, compliant, and measurable information across the full patient care journey.

“Doceree is doing something genuinely different,” Baggett noted. “It brings AI, media intelligence, and behavioral data into one cohesive platform… I see a clear commercial opportunity here.”

Both executives will report to Thomas Shea, Chief Revenue Officer of Patient Affordability & AI. The expansion reflects the growing momentum of New Jersey’s healthcare technology corridor, where Doceree continues to integrate programmatic media, physician intelligence, and conversational AI into a single ecosystem.

“Andrew’s background at GoodRx and Matthew’s experience building physician engagement platforms give us exactly the right leadership to scale,” Dr. Harshit Jain, founder and Global CEO of Doceree said. “We are redefining engagement in health care marketing in ways the industry has never seen before.”
