Ridgewood-based SportsMed Physical Therapy has opened a clinic in Middletown.
The new outpatient rehabilitation and wellness clinic at 2011 State Route 35 is the 55th throughout New Jersey and Connecticut.
The Middletown clinic offers physical therapy, occupational and hand therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and HomeCare services. Each treatment plan is developed with a focus on clinical excellence and personalized recovery.
