The Goldstein Group brokers placement of PayMore in Paramus

The Goldstein Group announced on Monday that PayMore, a company specializing in buying, selling, and trading electronic devices, has opened a new store at 175 Route 4 in Paramus. The Goldstein Group’s Principal, Neil Goldstein, represented the tenant in the transaction.

PayMore, which is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, has been actively expanding its presence through franchising, with over 35 locations now open. The company’s core mission is to promote sustainability by reducing eWaste and providing a secure and convenient way for customers to manage their electronic devices.

The new PayMore store is located in a bustling strip center on Route 4 West, near the Route 208 North junction. The center also hosts other businesses, including Dunkin’, C2 Education, and Better Home Cabinet & Stone. The landlord, Wespas Associates, was represented by Debbie Stone and Rich Curran of RIPCO.

According to Goldstein, PayMore’s strategic decision to expand through franchising has been met with a “tremendous” response. The new Paramus location joins a host of other retailers in the area, contributing to the vibrant commercial landscape of the region.
