The five-story office building at 80 Main Street in West Orange is seeing a surge in activity, with two new leases and 10 existing lease renewals recently finalized. The transactions were brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Eric Weston, who represented the building’s owner.
A construction company will occupy the larger of the two new spaces, a 3,900-square-foot suite, while a brand strategy firm has leased a 560-square-foot office. The renewals by long-term tenants further underscore the building’s value in the local market.
Weston, whose firm has been a tenant in the building for over three decades, highlighted the property’s “exceptional, long-term value.” Its prime location offers quick access to major highways like Route 280, the Garden State Parkway, and Route 80, as well as being less than 10 miles from Newark International Airport. The building also provides tenants with a full-service cafeteria and walkable access to local dining, retail, and NJ Transit options.
The building’s tenant roster includes a variety of professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, and medical experts. A stylish renovation of the main lobby is currently underway to further enhance the tenant experience.
