Urban Edge signs Chip City Cookies for Marlton Commons

Marlton Commons, a 10-store shopping center located in the heart of Marlton, has had its last space leased as Chip City Cookies signed on to take an 800-square-foot space. The NYC-based cookie concept adds to the already strong lineup of restaurant and food tenants in the area, according to an announcement from Urban Edge Properties.

This will be Chip City Cookies’ fourth NJ location, including Hoboken, Montclair and Ridgewood. Each week, the menu changes to offer classic flavors and seasonal varieties. Blending nostalgia, innovation, and bold flavor combinations, Chip City Cookies is redefining the cookie category and rapidly establishing itself as a leader in the premium dessert space.

Chip City Cookies joins Cava, First Watch, ShopRite, Kohl’s, Shake Shack and Honeygrow —making Marlton Commons an essential, one-stop shopping and dining destination.

“With the addition of Chip City Cookies, Marlton Commons is now 100% leased,” Ronnie Bertrand, director, leasing for Urban Edge said.

“We couldn’t be more excited to join the Marlton Commons community. There’s something really special about bringing our cookies to a new neighborhood, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone through our doors. Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying us for the first time, we’re here to make your day a little sweeter,” Peter Phillips, co-founder & CEO, Chip City Cookies said.

Chip City Cookies worked with Jason Brooke, MSC on this transaction. Urban Edge was represented by Ronnie Bertrand from the company’s internal team.
