Veris Residential said Wednesday that it appointed Christopher Papa, executive vice president and chief financial officer at CenterPoint Properties, to its board.
Papa has over 30 years of experience working across real estate, accounting and corporate finance and brings specialized expertise in multifamily real estate, audit and M&A to his role, having previously served at CenterPoint Properties, Liberty Property Trust (now Prologis), Post Properties as well as an Audit Partner at both BDO Seidman and Arthur Andersen.
Veris, a Jersey City-based Class A multifamily REIT, also announced that Ronald Dickerman, president and founder of Madison International Realty, will be stepping down from the board.
