Woodbridge-based Kislak orchestrates $7.93M land sale for Pennsylvania senior living project

he Kislak Company, Inc., the long-standing Middlesex County commercial real estate powerhouse, successfully brokered the $7,930,000 sale of a 67-acre development site in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Headquartered in Woodbridge, Kislak continues to expand its footprint across the Mid-Atlantic, with this latest transaction paving the way for a massive new 55+ residential community in Millersville. Senior Vice President Matt Wolf arranged the exclusive sale on behalf of the seller, HHF Real Estate, to the purchaser, Burkentine Builders.

While Kislak is a staple of the New Jersey real estate landscape—recently making headlines for major multifamily deals in Union and Monmouth Counties—this Pennsylvania sale highlights the firm’s reach into high-growth retirement markets.

The site, known as The Village at Funk’s Farms, is fully approved for a comprehensive senior living development featuring:

  • 220 townhomes and 200 mid-rise condominiums.

  • A potential 75-bed health care facility.

  • A prime location just ten minutes from downtown Lancaster, a city frequently cited by U.S. News & World Report as a premier retirement destination.

“After years of going through the approval process, it will be very exciting to see this project break ground,” Wolf said, who joined the Woodbridge firm in 2017 and has since become one of its top-producing executives.
