World of Blue unveils ‘Hospitality Command Center’ directly across from MetLife Stadium ahead of World Cup

As New Jersey prepares to take center stage for the 2026 World Cup, World of Blue, the 21-story building off Route 3 in East Rutherford (formerly a Sheraton and Hilton property) that was purchased by P3 Properties, has officially unveiled its transformation into the Meadowlands’ premier VIP hotel and entertainment destination.

Located at Two Meadowlands Plaza, the 425-room property is undergoing an exhaustive “inside-out” reconstruction to serve as a high-security, luxury headquarters for international executives, corporate sponsors and global media. Situated directly across from MetLife Stadium, the hotel offers many rooms with direct views of the pitch, placing elite guests at the literal heart of the tournament’s activity.

World of Blue is distancing itself from the traditional hotel model, instead positioning itself as a curated hospitality environment. The property is designed to act as a “private campus” for corporations that require a singular, controlled location to house leadership and entertain high-net-worth clients.

“This is not just a hotel stay. This is a hospitality command center,” Harvey Rosenblatt, CEO of P3 Properties said. “We are building a fully reimagined VIP environment where corporations, media, and sponsors can stay, entertain, meet, and celebrate in one seamless setting.”

Key features of the transformation include:

  • Redesigned Guest Rooms: All 425 rooms and corridors are receiving modern, high-end finishes.
  • Luxury Amenities: A new spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and elevated food and beverage concepts.
  • Modernized Security: Enhanced infrastructure designed to meet the discretion and safety requirements of global dignitaries and executives.

Beyond lodging, World of Blue is set to become the epicenter for World Cup social activity. The property boasts one of Northern New Jersey’s largest grand ballrooms, capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests.

The space is being marketed as a primary venue for:

  • Corporate Galas & Sponsor Activations: Providing a luxury backdrop for brand storytelling.
  • Global Watch Parties: Curated viewing experiences for those not inside the stadium.
  • International Cultural Celebrations: Large-scale events for visiting fan delegations and embassies.

The surge in global demand is already reflecting in the hotel’s books. Multiple major corporations are reportedly in the final stages of negotiating extended-stay hospitality packages, which would see them occupy entire blocks of the hotel for the duration of the tournament.

Because a significant portion of the inventory is being reserved for these “private headquarters” arrangements, availability for the general public and smaller executive groups is strictly limited.

Organizations and private groups looking to secure a dedicated headquarters in the Meadowlands are encouraged to act immediately. Inquiries can be directed to the official site at theworldofblue.com or via email at bookings@theworldofblue.com.
