Ace Pickleball Club has officially opened its doors at the Brunswick Shopping Center, located at 512 Milltown Road. Spanning 26,500 square feet, the state-of-the-art facility brings year-round indoor pickleball to the prominent Middlesex County retail hub, catering to one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the leasing and managing agent for the center, secured the tenant as part of an ongoing strategy to integrate experiential, lifestyle-driven businesses into the property.
The new venue emphasizes accessibility and social connection. Operating on a member-focused model, the club offers its signature “open play” format. This allows players to drop in and play on demand without the hassle of coordinating with others or booking court times in advance.
“Ace Pickleball Club is an exciting addition to Brunswick Shopping Center and a great example of the type of experiential tenant that resonates with today’s consumers,” said Fred Younkin, leasing representative with Levin Management Corporation. “This concept brings together fitness, wellness and community connection in a way that not only activates the space but also strengthens the center’s role as a destination.”
To accommodate players of all skill levels, the club provides flexible, all-inclusive membership options as well as introductory clinics specifically designed for beginners.

Brunswick Shopping Center is a 288,000-square-foot retail destination situated just off Route 1. Anchored by Lidl, the center features a diverse mix of national and regional tenants, including LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and McDonald’s. The addition of Ace Pickleball Club is expected to further drive foot traffic and increase customer dwell time at the center.
