Allmark Door based in Springfield has acquired the dock and door services division of Atla Equipment Group, the company announced Wednesday.
The expansion will take Allmark Door’s coverage from Virginia to Massachusetts.
Allmark CEO Jeff Schmeck explained the regional benefit of the partnership.
“Alta Dock & Door has a hard-earned reputation for delivering high-quality service and equipment solutions in the Northeast,” he said. “In bringing our two companies together, we create one of the most enviable rosters of experienced technicians on the East Coast. There’s no dock or door need from Boston to Washington, D.C. we can’t reach.”
Allmark Door delivers door and loading dock solutions for customers in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, utilities, logistics and distribution, transportation and industrial sectors. They provide 24/7 repair services, installation and replacement of industrial doors, pedestrian doors, loading dock equipment and safety and security products.
