For the third consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has been named a USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winner.
Hard Rock Atlantic City also came in as the highest-ranked casino on the list.
It is one of 110 organizations recognized with more than 2,500 employees.
The rating came from an anonymous survey administered by Energage in late 2025 to more than 1,000 Hard Rock Atlantic City team members, as part of the USA TODAY Top Workplaces employer recognition program.
Top workplace awards have also been earned by Hard Rock Atlantic City’s corporate parent, Hard Rock International, which has been named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes® in 2025 and for seven of the past eight years.
In February, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City invested in a $50 million capital improvement plan for its property.
This initiative brought the total invested in upgrading the casino to nearly $700 million since it opened its doors in 2018. This latest phase focuses on luxury guest experiences and expanded culinary offerings.
