C&W helps extend Maersk USA’s HQ lease and inks 24,645-SF new leases in Florham Park

Cushman & Wakefield announced it has extended Maersk USA’s 46,893-square-foot lease and arranged three new long-term leases totaling 24,645 square feet at 180 Park Avenue, a Class A office building nestled in the heart of Florham Park.

Maersk USA is an integrated global container logistics and supply chain company and has been an anchor tenant at 180 Park Ave since 2014.

The three new tenants at the property include:

  • Mariner Wealth Advisors, a financial planner for medical professionals, signed a 9,574-square-foot lease;
  • Law firm Finazzo Cossolini O’Leary Meola & Hager LLC signed a 7,840-square-foot lease;
  • Rockefeller Capital Management signed a 7,231-square-foot lease

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Decillis, William O’Keefe and Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz represented the landlord, Vision Properties, in the transactions.
