Indoor soccer facility to open in Bayonne

A new soccer and fitness facility, Soccer 5 Bayonne, in Bayonne, will open its doors on March 28.

The venue features indoor 5v5 soccer year-round for kids, teens, and adults.

Soccer 5 Bayonne is owned by James Gould, a NJ resident who originated in the UK, is the father of three, and a lifelong soccer fan.

Gould grew up immersed in soccer and has played and followed the game his entire life. He moved to New Jersey in 2020 with his American wife and their three sons.

After spending more than 20 years working in corporate roles on major global brands, Gould decided to pursue the business side of soccer.

Soccer 5 Bayonne features eight indoor fields built with FIFA-grade turf, perfectly sized for fast-paced 5v5 games and skill development. The fully indoor environment means games and practices go on year-round – no cancellations due to weather, heat, or darkness.

Individuals, teams, and clubs can book time on the fields.

The facility also includes two party rooms for special events such as birthdays. There is a large mezzanine area where parents can relax, socialize, or watch the action.

The venue will also host live soccer-watch parties, including weekend Premier League matches.
