JAG Physical Therapy opens Belleville Clinic, expanding Essex County footprint

Continuing its rapid expansion across the Northeast, JAG Physical Therapy has officially opened its newest clinic in Belleville. Located at 630 Washington Avenue (Units 3-4), this facility marks the company’s 10th location in Essex County.

The new location is positioned to provide convenient, high-quality rehabilitative care to the county’s population of more than 880,000 residents.

The Belleville facility is led by Clinical Director Kevin Mansfield. Mansfield joined JAG Physical Therapy in 2022 and has extensive experience treating orthopedic, sports, and geriatric populations. His background includes treating specialized conditions such as spinal injuries, concussions, TMJ dysfunction, vestibular disorders, and gait/balance issues.

“We’re excited to serve our patients in Belleville and to keep growing throughout North Jersey,” Mansfield said. “It’s an honor to provide our expert clinical care and give back to such a wonderful community.”

The clinic offers a wide range of specialized services tailored to the local community, including:

  • Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
  • Injury prevention
  • Women’s health services
  • Geriatric care and balance training
  • Pre- and post-operative surgical rehabilitation

In an effort to make physical therapy more accessible, the Belleville clinic is operating under direct access rules. This means patients do not need a referral from a doctor to begin their physical therapy treatment. Patients can work directly with a therapist for up to 30 days before a physician’s referral is required to continue services.
