Avenue & Green, the luxury mixed-use community developed by Prism Capital Partners, has reached 100% retail occupancy with the addition of two new tenants: New Jersey Sports Chiropractic, P.C. and Wonder. The two businesses have each committed to a 2,040-square-foot lease at the property, which is located at 10 Green Street adjacent to the Woodbridge train station.
New Jersey Sports Chiropractic is a multidisciplinary practice offering chiropractic and physical therapy services. The practice is led by a team of experienced professionals, including chiropractors Drs. Frank Mandarino, Nick Campbell and Chintan Shah, as well as physical therapists and strength coaches.
Wonder, a popular fast-casual dining company, operates as a “new kind of food hall,” allowing customers to order from more than 20 restaurant partners for takeout, delivery, and meal kits in a single transaction. Some of its locations also offer dine-in seating.
According to Robert Fourniadis, Prism Capital Partners’ senior vice president, the new tenants align with the company’s vision for the property. “Providing residents and the local community with top-quality conveniences has always been a priority at Avenue & Green; Wonder and New Jersey Sports Chiropractic certainly speak to that,” he said. “We are thrilled for Avenue & Green’s retail space to reach 100% occupancy with the additions of these two sought-after tenants.”
The new businesses join a tenant lineup that already includes LeGrand Coffee House, Vito Mazza salon and spa, and The UPS Store. Avenue & Green’s residential component features luxury studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental apartments with a full suite of upscale amenities.
