T0SCO, a leading provider of scalable solventless extraction and purification technology, has entered a strategic alliance with High Tide Industries, a Ocean Township-based licensed class 2 cannabis manufacturer and brand platform.
This is the third state in TOSCO’s US expansion, joining California and New York.
High Tide Industries will integrate T0SCO’s proprietary technology into its manufacturing facility in Ocean Township. There, it will produce high-purity, solventless cannabinoid and terpene inputs designed specifically for brand partners, including clean-label manufacturing.
Initial production runs are expected to begin in early Q2 2026, with commercial product availability targeted in Q3 2026.
Stewart Stinson, CEO of T0SCO, said in a release that New Jersey is an important market for solventless products.
Bernard Gruberg, CEO of High Tide Industries, said he is seeing strong demand from brands that want to go solventless without sacrificing scale or margins.
