WCRE (Wolf Commercial Real Estate) has successfully navigated the sale of 820 S. White Horse Pike, a 10,000-square-foot building in Hammonton, paving the way for a new specialized healthcare facility in Atlantic County.
The property was acquired by DDM NJ Real Estate Holdings LLC, which plans to convert the existing structure into a rehabilitation and treatment center. The site’s location along the high-visibility White Horse Pike corridor was a primary draw for the buyer, offering both the accessibility and the footprint required for a modern clinical environment.
A critical element of the transaction involved securing the necessary municipal support for the property’s change of use. WCRE worked in close coordination with Hammonton Township officials to ensure that the project met all zoning requirements. These proactive efforts allowed the buyer to secure the approvals needed to move forward with their operational timeline.
“Through proactive coordination, approvals were secured, allowing the transaction to move forward and align with the buyer’s operational needs,” WCRE stated in a release.
The sale also highlighted a long-standing partnership between WCRE and the seller, CARR Holdings LLC. This transaction marks the second time WCRE has successfully handled a disposition of this specific asset for the firm, underscoring the seller’s confidence in WCRE’s ability to execute complex deals.
Ryan Barikian, Vice President at WCRE, served as the sole broker in the deal, representing both the buyer and the seller.
