Withum and Aiwyn launch unified client collaboration platform to modernize professional services

Withum, a Top 25 advisory, tax, and accounting firm with a heavy presence in New Jersey, and professional services technology innovator Aiwyn have announced the launch of “Aiwyn Experience.” The unified, custom-branded client portal is designed to streamline how professional services firms deliver services and interact with their clients.

By consolidating traditionally disconnected client-facing tools into a single platform, the solution reduces friction across the entire engagement lifecycle—from initial request intake and document exchange to final deliverables and payments.

The partnership addresses a major point of friction in the professional services industry. According to research conducted by Aiwyn, 76% of accounting firms rate client experience as their top priority. Despite this, many firms still rely on disparate, fragmented tools that complicate workflows for both staff and clients.

“Our collaboration with Aiwyn reflects our commitment to meeting clients where they are in an increasingly digital environment,” Mike Yarrow, partner at Withum said. “We didn’t just want to adopt technology; we wanted to shape the future of client engagement across tax, audit and advisory services.”

Justin Adams, CEO of Aiwyn, added: “Working with Withum validates our vision of a connected client ecosystem in professional services. Withum’s willingness to collaborate helped shape a platform that differentiates firms through technology while improving client experience in meaningful, measurable ways.”

To build the platform, Aiwyn worked hand-in-hand with Withum’s firm leadership, client service professionals, marketing leaders, and their Innovation Department’s product engineering and management teams.

Aiwyn Experience is built on a modular architecture supported by native integrations and open APIs. The platform’s core components include:

  • Request management to streamline intake
  • E-signatures and secure document organization
  • Deliverables distribution
  • Integrated payments and centralized messaging

By pulling these features into one hub, the platform minimizes the time firm professionals spend switching between systems and manual coordination. This efficiency allows advisory and tax teams to spend less time on administration and more time on high-value client work.

The launch signals a broader shift within the accounting and advisory sectors toward unified client engagement hubs that replace fragmented tech stacks, allowing firms to scale smoothly without a massive increase in overhead.
