Sheldon Gross Realty has been appointed as the exclusive property manager for a portfolio of five multi-tenant commercial and industrial properties across Monmouth and Middlesex counties in New Jersey.
The agency, which also specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, will now oversee the day-to-day operations for the properties, which total 130,970 square feet and currently house 23 tenants primarily in the light industrial, warehouse and business-service sectors.
Sheldon Gross Realty has managed the bookkeeping and financial operations for this group of properties—which share elements of common ownership—since 2022. The new appointment expands the agency’s role to full property management responsibilities for the following locations:

The agency is also continuing its financial work for a sixth property within the group, a vacant parcel of land in Millstone that is currently under development.
Leasing opportunity available
Within the newly managed portfolio, an approximately 5,200-square-foot warehouse and office space is currently available to be leased at the single-story Tinton Falls site.
