honeygrow, the fast-casual chain known for its customizable stir-fries, salads, and signature honeybar desserts, continues its aggressive expansion in New Jersey with the opening of a new location in North Brunswick.
The new restaurant is situated in The Commerce Center at 2416 U.S. Route 1, North Brunswick, planting itself firmly in a bustling commercial corridor that includes retailers, fitness centers, and cinema—making it a convenient stop for residents, commuters, and shoppers.
The North Brunswick unit marks the 11th location for honeygrow in the state, joining recent openings in Kearny and Woodbridge. The Garden State has become a key market for the Philadelphia-based company.
This opening serves as the finale to an aggressive 2025 growth year, during which the company expanded its total unit count by over 30%, starting the year with 54 restaurants and ending with 71.
The new restaurant is expected to create forty new jobs in the area.
