Mandelbaum Barrett PC, a full-service law firm, has announced the expansion of its partnership at its Roseland headquarters with the addition of Ronald Davison and Matthew O’Malley.
Davison joins the firm’s Elder Law Practice Group, while O’Malley joins the Litigation Group.
Davison brings over 50 years of experience to Mandelbaum Barrett PC. His practice focuses on the complex intersection of elder law and litigation, helping families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries resolve disputes involving estates, trusts, guardianships, and asset protection.
Throughout his career, Davison has served in various court-appointed roles, including estate administrator, receiver, and guardianship attorney. He is also dedicated to the integrity of the profession, having served as volunteer mediator for the Superior Court and as Chair of both the District Ethics and Fee Arbitration Committees.
“His work… is a valuable and well-timed addition to our growing practice,” Richard Miller, partner and chair of the Elder Law Practice Group said.
Meanwhile, O’Malley focuses his practice on navigating clients through complex litigation involving insurance, professional liability and workplace torts. Additionally, he serves as local counsel for national firms, providing critical guidance on New Jersey practice and procedure in state and federal courts.
O’Malley is known for his thorough preparation and skilled advocacy. He has extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts.
“He is a seasoned trial attorney, a great addition to our Litigation Department, and we look forward to working with him,” Michael Saffer, co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation Group said.
