The Goldstein Group on Monday announced two significant transactions at the Timberline Plaza Shopping Center located at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Road in the Mantua/Sewell area of Gloucester County.
The deals bring a tech-driven car wash and a major community-focused gym to the busy retail center, enhancing the offerings for the surrounding family-focused community.

Cloud 10 Car Wash: The automated, tech-driven car wash recently opened its doors. Cloud 10 Smartwash offers high-quality, efficient, and environmentally friendly services, featuring smart tunnel technology and a membership club. The company also provides free-to-use DIY areas for interior cleaning.

W.O.L.F. (Work Out Live Fierce) Fitness: The community-focused gym franchise leased a large 20,000 square feet of space. WOLF Fitness emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere with premium equipment, group classes, and a supportive “pack” mentality for all fitness levels.
The Goldstein Group’s Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker and Vice President John Ostrowski represented the landlord, Timberline Plaza, LLC, in the Cloud 10 transaction. Handwerker also represented the landlord in the lease to Wolf Fitness.
“The addition of these two users will create great synergy to the existing tenants at the center and surrounding community,” Handwerker said. “Timberline Plaza has a strong tenant mix that caters to the active and family-focused lifestyle of the Mantua and Gloucester County communities.”
Timberline Plaza continues to be a major retail destination, located near major national retailers including Target, Lowe’s, Lidl, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, WaWa, and Petsmart. The new leases solidify the center’s reputation as a go-to spot for both essential services and lifestyle amenities.
