Cushman & Wakefield on Monday said it successfully facilitated a significant office lease for cybersecurity firm Semperis at the prestigious 111 River Street building in Hoboken. The global technology leader will occupy 12,016 square feet on the 9th floor of the Class A waterfront property, owned by SJP Properties.
The transaction underscores Hoboken’s continued strength as a magnet for high-growth technology and mission-driven companies.
The Cushman & Wakefield team, comprising Patrick Decker, Mina Shehata, David DeMatteis and Mark Zaziski, successfully negotiated the lease on behalf of Semperis. SJP Properties, the landlord, was represented in-house.
