Lance Christensen has recently been named executive vice president for SCG Advertising + Public Relations.
Christensen will primarily be responsible for bolstering recruitment marketing activities. He additionally will look over strategic guidance, media planning, and creative execution for the roster of recruitment clients at SCG.
He was senior director of strategy for Appcast Inc., developing recruiting programs for major employers in the manufacturing, logistics, technology, healthcare, and government services sectors. He has experience in other senior leadership roles with Hub Group, NFI Industries, and Adecco USA.
SCG President Val Doyle praised his skills and past work.
“Lance is an exceptional strategist with more than three decades of experience helping organizations attract, hire, and retain talent,” she said. “He’s analytical and also understands the human nuances of recruitment. And the balance of those two skills is what today’s competitive hiring environment requires.”
Christensen came to SCG earlier this year, bringing a record of successful leadership in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
