In a move that reinforces one of the strongest leadership legacies in Garden State real estate, Chris Todd has been appointed President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR).
Todd, who serves as senior managing director of the Institutional Services Group at NAI James E. Hanson, becomes the 10th member of the firm to lead the prestigious chapter. His appointment comes at a critical time for New Jersey’s industrial and office markets, which continue to see high institutional demand despite evolving economic conditions.
Todd has built a reputation as a specialist in the Northern New Jersey industrial sector, a market that has emerged as one of the most coveted in the nation. Since 2017, he has helped complete more than 60 transactions for institutional clients, totaling nearly $400 million in value.
“Being appointed President of SIOR NJ is a tremendous honor,” Todd said. “I look forward to working closely with chapter leadership to further strengthen collaboration, education, and advocacy across New Jersey’s commercial real estate community.”
