The facility serves as a high-tech showroom and collaborative laboratory where commercial, transportation, and government clients can interact with the latest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI).
Conduent’s investment in Florham Park highlights the state’s role as a destination for global technology firms seeking to bridge the gap between AI theory and real-world application.
Unlike a traditional laboratory, the AI Experience Center is designed for hands-on “whiteboarding” and live demonstrations. The space is divided into three key functional areas that address modern business and public sector challenges:
A centerpiece of the new facility is Conduent’s deep collaboration with Microsoft. By leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Conduent has built an innovation pipeline that is already delivering results for N.J.-based and national clients.
