CSG Law has announced new roles for Members Michelle Delaney and Lisa Colone.
Delaney has been named leader of the Corporate Group, and Colone has been named leader of the Litigation Group.
Delaney has experience in private M&A, venture capital, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters including business formation, governance and compliance.
Colone also serves as the chair of the Securities Enforcement Group, and before CSG Law was vice president in FINRA’s Department of Enforcement. Before FINRA, she spent nearly nine years with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Both were grateful for the opportunity.
