Multi-practice law firm Norris McLaughlin announced the promotion of W. Joseph Salvador and Lauren Lewis to members of the firm. The promotions, effective January 2026, mark a significant milestone for the firm’s New Jersey and New York litigation and real estate practices.
Salvador, who operates out of the firm’s Bridgewater headquarters, was previously an associate in the Litigation practice group. Lewis served as an associate in the New York office’s Real Estate group.
The promotions reflect the firm’s strategic focus on strengthening its core practice areas.

W. Joseph Salvador (New Jersey): Salvador specializes in complex commercial litigation, defending companies in toxic tort, employment, and commercial disputes. He has also been tapped for an Emerging Leader role within the Meritas global alliance, a relationship that connects Norris McLaughlin to a network of independent law firms worldwide.

Lauren E. Lewis (New York): Lewis has built a robust reputation for her work with co-op and condominium boards across the New York boroughs. Her practice handles high-stakes real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes and commercial real estate matters.
“Joseph’s promotion reflects the leadership and strategic judgment he brings to complex litigation matters,” Margaret Raymond-Flood, chair of the Litigation practice group in New Jersey said.
Meanwhile, Dean Roberts, chair of the Real Estate practice group in New York, praised Lewis’s growth: “Lauren’s rise reflects both her talent and her determination. She has earned the trust of clients and colleagues through her handle of complex co-op and condominium litigation.”
The announcement comes as Norris McLaughlin continues to expand its footprint in the tristate area. With nearly 130 attorneys across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, the firm remains a leader in middle-market legal services.
“Joe’s assumption of the Emerging Leader role… underscores the confidence we place in his agility and commitment to the firm’s growth,” David Roberts, chair of Norris McLaughlin said. “Lauren’s continued growth reflects both the confidence clients place in her counsel and her expanding leadership within the firm.”
