BLANCO North America, the Lumberton-based kitchen solutions brand, on Monday announced the appointment of Jeanne Dahlen as the new senior vice president of sales & customer experience.
Dahlen, who officially stepped into the role on Febr. 5 reports directly to Alana Stevens, CEO of BLANCO North America. The move signals a strategic push by the company to further unify its sales operations with its customer-centric mission of “bringing joy” to the residential kitchen water hub.
Dahlen joins BLANCO with over 20 years of commercial leadership experience. She most recently served in senior leadership roles at Kohler, where she was responsible for national sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and showroom channels. Her track record includes:

In her new capacity, Dahlen is tasked with leading BLANCO’s sales strategy and execution. A major focus will be the continued growth of the BLANCO UNIT, a modular system that integrates sinks, faucets, water filtration, and under-sink organization.
