Roseland’s Brach Eichler extends Jersey roots to Georgia with new office

Brach Eichler LLC, a pillar of the New Jersey legal community for nearly six decades, is officially taking its “Jersey-tough” advocacy to the South. The firm announced on Monday that it has opened a new satellite office in Alpharetta, Georgia, specifically designed to anchor its Labor and Employment practice in the rapidly growing Southeast corridor.

The move marks a strategic milestone for the Roseland-headquartered firm, which has seen its footprint expand by 15% recently to accommodate its 90+ attorneys. By planting a flag in Georgia, Brach Eichler is positioning itself to serve a New Jersey client base that is increasingly doing business in the “Silicon Orchard” of the South.

The Alpharetta office will focus on the increasingly complex “workplace landscape.” Led by Member Eric Magnelli, the Georgia outpost will mirror the high-stakes litigation and compliance services the firm is known for in the Garden State.

Key Practice Areas for the Georgia Office:

  • Workplace Compliance: Navigating the patchwork of state-specific employment laws.

  • Litigation Defense: Representing employers in discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing claims.

  • Restrictive Covenants: Managing non-compete and non-solicitation agreements in a mobile workforce.

  • Wage & Hour Issues: Addressing employee classification and overtime disputes.

“Georgia’s dynamic economy and expanding workforce make it an ideal location for our labor and employment team,” John Fanburg, Brach Eichler managing member said. “We are excited to bring our practical, business-focused approach to employers across the Southeast.”
