The Bridgewater-based law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is launching its New Jersey Business Divorce video series on Thursday (March 12). David C. Roberts, Esq., Chair of the firm, will host the series, available on the firm’s website, LinkedIn, and Roberts’ YouTube channel, Understanding Business Divorce.
The series will present short, easy-to-digest videos based on real-world experiences at the firm’s practice, including evergreen topics such as shareholder disputes, owner oppression, and freeze-outs, without using legal jargon, according to a release.
Roberts aims to break down the topics in a conversational tone, adopting a similar strategy to that used in his monthly blog posts.

Roberts’ Business Divorce in NJ blog has been published for nearly 20 years and contains over 115 blogs, also covering real-world examples.
In January, the firm promoted attorneys W. Joseph Salvador and Lauren Lewis to the firm.
