Gregory V. d’Agincourt, a former Assistant Chief Counsel and Associate Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is joining Porzio, Bromberg & Newman as an attorney on the Employment and Education team.
The hiring is an effort by the Parsippany-based firm to further expand its service offerings and immigration, as d’Agincourt bolsters Porzio’s 50-plus years of experience counseling and representing management on employment and labor matters.
In addition to employment-based immigration matters, d’Agincourt will advise clients on employment-related issues that intersect with workforce mobility, compliance and regulatory oversight.

Prior to joining the Porzio team, d’Agincourt served as Assistant Chief Counsel and Associate Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. He gained firsthand experience on how immigration laws are applied, enforced and adjudicated at the federal level. Working within the immigration enforcement and litigation system gave him direct insight into agency decision-making, enforcement priorities, and procedural expectations — perspective that is rarely available outside government service.
