North Brunswick-based Capacity LLC, a fulfillment and logistics partner for high-growth consumer brands, on Friday announced it named Shatabdi Sharma as its new chief information officer. Sharma will spearhead the company’s global technology roadmap, overseeing engineering and IT operations across both the United States and India.
The appointment comes at a critical juncture for the logistics industry, as providers increasingly turn to automation, advanced data analytics, and cloud infrastructure to manage the complexities of modern e-commerce and retail distribution.
Sharma brings more than 20 years of experience in driving large-scale technology shifts for major global brands. She most recently served as the Brand Technology Leader for Calvin Klein at PVH Corp, where she led the modernization of the brand’s end-to-end value chain—from product design and planning to global delivery.
Her extensive resume also includes leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting, Canon, Wegmans and Home Depot, where she specialized in modernizing ERP, warehouse management, and order management systems across international borders.

- Security & Governance: Maintaining robust data protection and responsible AI implementation.
