Roberto J. Benites has joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. as Counsel in its Workers’ Compensation Team in the Woodbridge office.
Benites began his legal career at the firm, bringing more than 25 years of experience representing injured workers across New Jersey in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.
Benites has litigated trials involving claims for permanent disability benefits, death benefits on behalf of dependents of workers who died because of work-related causes, and motions seeking medical and temporary disability benefits.
The Spanish-speaking Benites has long-standing and trusted relationships representing members of New Jersey’s Spanish-speaking community.
In March, Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. added Alexander Hemsley III as a Shareholder in the firm’s Woodbridge headquarters as part of its Business and Commercial Litigation team, and it added the Hon. Robert J. Mega, P.J. Ch. (Ret.) to its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team.
