Netceed, an East Brunswick-based powerhouse in supply chain solutions for broadband, data center, and energy infrastructure, on Wednesday announced the appointment of three high-profile strategic advisors to its Board of Directors: Franck Bruel, Jan Frykhammar and Stacey Thompson.
The appointments follow a recent recapitalization of the Netceed Group and come under the leadership of Chairman Rajeev Suri. The move signals Netceed’s intent to cement its position at the forefront of the global transition toward AI-driven data infrastructure and next-generation energy networks.
The new advisors bring a combined century of expertise from some of the world’s most influential technology and infrastructure firms:
- Franck Bruel: A veteran of energy services and technical distribution, Bruel previously served on the Executive Committee of the ENGIE Group and as CEO of Sonepar, the world leader in electrical equipment distribution.
- Jan Frykhammar: Bringing deep financial and operational insight, Frykhammar spent nearly 30 years at Ericsson, where he served as Group CFO and interim President and CEO.
- Stacey Thompson: A specialist in large-scale network deployment, Thompson is the current CEO of ADB Companies. Her resume includes 26 years at AT&T, where she spearheaded major fiber and wireless initiatives across the U.S.
Suri emphasized that the company’s current trajectory requires deep operational insights to navigate the intersection of broadband expansion and energy infrastructure.
“As the company enters its next phase of growth, it is important that Netceed benefits from deep operational experience across these sectors,” Suri said. “Their perspectives… will strengthen Netceed as it continues to expand globally.”
CEO Alper Turken echoed this sentiment, highlighting the collaborative effort required to scale the company’s supply chain solutions. “I am excited to collaborate with such a distinguished group of industry leaders as we execute our vision of building Netceed into a global leader,” Turken stated.
