Connell Foley LLP, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s most prominent full-service law firms, has announced the promotion of seven attorneys across its New Jersey and New York practice groups. The elevations, effective April 2, include three new Partners and four attorneys moving into Of Counsel roles.
The announcement comes as the firm continues to expand its footprint in high-growth sectors such as cannabis law, catastrophic loss litigation, and complex commercial disputes.
“Each of these individuals consistently demonstrates exemplary leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence,” Timothy Corriston, Managing Partner of Connell Foley said. “I am confident they will achieve equally impressive accomplishments in the future.”
New partners: Strengthening the core
The three newly named Partners bring deep expertise in state and federal litigation, representing a “Who’s Who” of regional and national industries.
- Samantha Diorio: A Syracuse Law alumna, Diorio focuses on complex commercial litigation. Her diverse portfolio ranges from aviation and insurance agreements to toxic torts and workplace discrimination.
- Alexa Salcito: A graduate of Seton Hall Law, Salcito has carved out a niche in the burgeoning cannabis sector, assisting businesses with distribution and processing matters, alongside her work in white-collar crime investigations.
- Justin Vogel: Triple-degreed from Rutgers (B.A., M.B.A., and J.D.), Vogel specializes in high-stakes cases involving catastrophic loss and emergency response. He also handles intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement and franchise breaches.
Elevations to Of Counsel
The firm also strengthened its senior advisory tier with four appointments to Of Counsel, many of whom bring unique public-sector experience to their private practice.
