Woodbridge-based Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. has named Anne Babineau as Senior Counsel, Special Projects, a carefully defined part-time role that will serve a select group of clients and projects.
Babineau will be used in projects that bridge public and private sectors, unlocking creative financial structures and navigating redevelopment dynamics.
Babineau will also track emerging legal and business trends, legislation, public policy shifts, and new programs that shape the direction of redevelopment.
She is among 20 attorneys at the firm that address land use, environmental law, public finance, banking, real property, redevelopment, and related litigation.
In late March, Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. named Roberto J. Benites as Counsel in its Workers’ Compensation Team in the Woodbridge office.
