Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday announced today the successful closing of four industrial leases totaling 41,800 square feet at the Garwood Commerce Center.
The transactions, orchestrated by BRC Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger, highlight the continued high demand for flexible industrial space in Union County. Goldfinger represented the landlord, ACP Partnership, in all four deals.
The leasing activity at the 235,000-square-foot multi-tenant complex spans a variety of sizes and industrial needs:
- Speedfast LLC: Leased 20,350 square feet at 502 South Avenue. (Represented by TEC Real Estate).
- Just Logistics Group Inc.: Leased 10,150 square feet at 536 South Avenue. (Represented by Kassan Sabbagh Realty).
- Sundaddy LLC: Leased 8,000 square feet at 512 South Avenue. (Represented by the Jaynes Industrial Group of BRC).
- OM Creation: Leased 3,300 square feet at 626 South Avenue. (Represented in-house).
The Garwood Commerce Center sits on a 10-acre site and is designed to accommodate the heavy-duty requirements of modern logistics and light manufacturing. The property features both tailboard and drive-in loading, wet sprinkler systems, and significant electrical capacity, along with ample parking for both commercial and passenger vehicles.
According to Goldfinger, the property’s location is its greatest asset for these incoming tenants.
