NAI Hanson management expands regional footprint with three new industrial and office assignments

NAI Hanson Management, the property management division of NAI James E. Hanson, announced Wednesday that it has been tapped to oversee three new properties totaling more than 591,000 square feet across New Jersey and New York.

The new assignments bolster the firm’s presence in key industrial corridors, including the Port Newark submarket and the growing logistics hub in Orange County, New York.

The three newly managed properties highlight the firm’s ability to handle diverse asset classes, ranging from massive logistics centers to suburban flex spaces:

  • Golden Triangle Logistics Center (Middletown, NY): A newly constructed, 535,603-square-foot industrial building designed for large-scale distribution.
  • 136-160 US 1-9 (Newark, NJ): A 43,560-square-foot industrial facility strategically located near the state’s major transit and shipping hubs.
  • 41 Orchard Street (Ramsey, NJ): A 12,686-square-foot industrial and office property situated in the Bergen County suburban market.

“The addition of these three properties to our portfolio underscores the breadth of NAI Hanson Management’s capabilities across a range of asset types and markets,” Candy Debro, director of Property Management said. “Whether it’s a large-scale logistics center, a suburban flex building, or a port-adjacent industrial property, we bring the same level of expertise and attention to detail to every assignment.”

Headquartered in Teterboro, NAI Hanson Management currently oversees more than 7.6 million square feet of commercial real estate across 22 states. The firm provides a comprehensive suite of services, including accounting, construction management, and risk management, aimed at optimizing property performance for owners and occupiers.
