Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has successfully finalized an industrial lease for 6,250 square feet at 635 Montrose Avenue. The transaction was brokered by Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president of BRC, who represented the tenant, GMS Distributors LLC.
The leased space is part of a 59,740-square-foot multi-tenant industrial complex owned by Adler Development, who managed representation in-house.
GMS Distributors LLC, a New Jersey-based importer and wholesale distributor specializing in South Asian grocery items, spices, culinary pastes, and packaged food goods, will use the new facility to expand its warehousing and distribution operations. The company sources its inventory from India and other global markets, supplying a vast network of retailers across the tri-state area.
The move directly supports GMS Distributors’ need for increased capacity and rapid logistics fulfillment.
“635 Montrose Avenue checks every box for a growing distribution-oriented user,” Goldfinger said. “The property’s location at the crossroads of Central New Jersey’s premier highway network with direct access to I-287, the New Jersey Turnpike, and multiple major arterials makes it ideally suited for a company that depends on efficient, timely delivery to retailers across the region.”
The industrial complex, located at 631–669 Montrose Avenue, offers top-tier infrastructure tailored for modern logistics and light manufacturing.
Key features of the property include:
- Strategic Access: Proximity to Interstate 287, the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1–9, 35, and 440, the Garden State Parkway, and the Outerbridge Crossing into New York.
- Building Specs: 20-foot clear ceiling heights, 12 loading docks, and 120 amps of power.
- Safety & Amenities: Fully equipped wet sprinkler systems and 100 surface parking spaces.
With this new facility, GMS Distributors is well-positioned to leverage Central New Jersey’s premier highway network to streamline its supply chain and efficiently meet growing regional demand.
