Allegiant launches new nonstop route from Trenton-Mercer Airport to Orlando with $59 fares

New Jersey travelers looking for an affordable escape to the Sunshine State have a new reason to celebrate. Allegiant Travel Company has announced a brand-new, nonstop route connecting Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) directly to Orlando-Sanford International Airport (SFB).

The new service, set to take flight on October 2, is part of a larger eight-route expansion across the airline’s national network. To mark the announcement, Allegiant is offering local travelers introductory one-way fares on the Trenton-to-Orlando route starting as low as *$59.

The addition reinforces Trenton-Mercer Airport’s role as a convenient, stress-free alternative for travelers looking to skip the heavy crowds, long security lines, and steep parking fees associated with larger hubs like Newark Liberty International or Philadelphia International.

“Our mission is to offer service where it is needed most, and these additions ensure that affordable fares can remain available to consumers despite industry changes,” Drew Wells, Allegiant’s chief commercial officer, said. Wells emphasized that expanding service into communities often overlooked by legacy airlines remains a key focus for the budget carrier.

The Trenton-to-Orlando route will operate using Allegiant’s standard model of all-nonstop flights, catering directly to vacationing families and leisure travelers heading to Central Florida’s major attractions.

New Jersey residents looking to secure the ultra-low promotional rates or take advantage of vacation incentives should keep the following criteria in mind:

  • Introductory Fares: The $59 one-way tickets must be purchased by May 19, 2026, and apply to travel window dates between October 2, 2026, and October 16, 2026.

  • Rewards Bonus: Travelers who are members of Allegiant’s free Allways Rewards® program can earn 1,000 bonus points by booking the new Trenton-Mercer route between May 19 and June 18, 2026, for travel dates spanning October 1, 2026, through February 9, 2027.
