Big SNOW American Dream, located inside the massive American Dream entertainment complex in East Rutherford, announced it will offer half-off lift tickets and snow packages from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25. The catch? Guests simply need to present a valid beach pass at the box office to trade the sand for the slopes.
The promotion aims to rescue holiday plans from the volatile late-May weather forecast. Rather than shivering on a cloudy Jersey Shore beach, visitors can utilize their beach badges to secure 50% off two-hour slope access or comprehensive “SNOW Day” rental packages.
“This Memorial Day Weekend, we’re giving guests a reason to rethink the traditional beach trip and cool off on the slopes instead,” Amiana Tyransky, representative for Big SNOW said. “With unpredictable weather in the forecast, there’s no better time to trade sand for snow and experience real winter conditions indoors. Whether guests are looking to ski, snowboard, or simply do something unexpected to kick off summer, Big SNOW offers a one-of-a-kind way to celebrate the holiday weekend.”
Operated by New Jersey-based SNOW Partners, Big SNOW is a massive engineering marvel and the first facility of its kind in the United States and Canada. The climate-controlled “snow dome” provides year-round, indoor winter conditions, maintaining a consistent temperature just below freezing.
