Provident Bank announced the promotion of Jessica Dudick to senior vice president, team leader within the bank’s Monmouth/Ocean Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending team.
Based out of the bank’s Iselin headquarters, Dudick will oversee a dedicated team of relationship managers and lending specialists. Her primary focus will be driving the growth of Provident’s commercial loan portfolio across Monmouth and Ocean Counties by delivering customized deposit, treasury management, and commercial lending solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses.
In her expanded leadership role, Dudick will direct team coaching, assist in structuring new and existing commercial loans, interface with business clients, review term sheets, and shepherd deals through the loan approval process.
Dudick climbs into the senior leadership ranks with more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending, new business development, and relationship management. Since joining Provident Bank in 2021, she has served as a Relationship Manager, directly supporting the commercial needs of enterprises throughout Central New Jersey.
Outside of the office, Dudick is a highly active figure in the local business community, serving as an engaged member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.
