JAG Physical Therapy, one of the Northeast’s fastest-growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices, has officially opened its newest facility at 510 Main Street in Chester.
The state-of-the-art facility marks the organization’s eighth clinic location within Morris County, significantly expanding access to specialized outpatient rehabilitative care for more than 520,000 regional residents. JAG Physical Therapy operates more than 170 locations across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The Chester clinic will operate under the guidance of Clinical Director Joelle Manganella. Manganella brings a diverse clinical background to the community, with established expertise treating everyone from competitive, high-performance athletes to everyday individuals managing chronic pain or acute mobility limitations.
Manganella earned her Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the Dominican College of Blauvelt. Her clinical specialties include:
- Concussion Management & Vestibular Therapy: Supporting patients recovering from head injuries and those suffering from inner-ear balance dysfunctions.
- TMJ Treatment & Post-Operative Rehab: Providing targeted therapy for temporomandibular joint disorders and structured recovery pathways following major surgeries.
- Spine Care: Extensive experience addressing low back and cervical spinal dysfunction. She is also actively pursuing her advanced McKenzie certification in mechanical diagnosis and therapy.

The new Main Street location is equipped to deliver a broad range of specialized programs tailored directly to the Chester community, including occupational therapy, proactive injury prevention, and comprehensive sports medicine services.
