Home services platform Krise Services based in Mullica Hill, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Steady Hands Painting, a prominent local residential and commercial painting company. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Steady Hands Painting, founded by partners Chris Sokos and Bob O’Sullivan, has built a strong regional reputation centered on high-quality craftsmanship and a customer-first philosophy. Following years of establishing the brand, Sokos and O’Sullivan opted to partner with Krise Services to provide the strategic backing necessary for the company’s next phase of expansion.

To lead the business into this new growth chapter, Krise Services has appointed industry veteran Charles “Charlie” Sykora as General Manager. Sykora steps into the role with extensive experience in the interior finishes sector, having previously worked with a major materials distributor and a third-generation commercial and residential interiors business.
In his new role, Sykora will oversee daily business operations, modernize customer experience protocols, and drive sustainable market growth.
